Terms of Service
Last updated: September 16, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of CueQuick, a browser-based tool for adding vocal cues and click tracks to your music, operated by Mark Metric (“CueQuick”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using CueQuick, you agree to these Terms.
Using CueQuick
You must be at least 13 years old to use CueQuick. You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Your content
You keep ownership of the songs, recordings, and other material you upload to CueQuick (“your content”). By uploading content, you give us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service to you — for example, to play it back, mix it, and generate your exports. We don’t use your content for anything else, and we don’t claim ownership of it.
You’re responsible for having the rights to any song or recording you upload. Please don’t upload content you don’t have the right to use.
Plans, credits, and billing
CueQuick offers pay-as-you-go credits and an Unlimited subscription plan. Purchases are processed by our payment processor, Dodo Payments. Prices and what’s included are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time; we’ll let you know about material changes that affect an active subscription.
Fair use — Unlimited plan. The Unlimited plan is intended for a single musician’s or band’s personal rehearsal and performance use. It includes unlimited songs, edits, and exports for typical individual use. We reserve the right to apply reasonable limits on storage and export volume for accounts whose usage is well outside normal individual use (for example, bulk/automated processing, or use on behalf of unrelated third parties for commercial purposes), and we’ll contact the account holder before any such limit is applied.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use CueQuick to:
- Upload content you don’t have the rights to use
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Our content
CueQuick’s software, design, and branding belong to us. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond what’s needed to use the app as intended.
Disclaimers
CueQuick is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable, but we don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. You’re responsible for keeping your own backup copies of any songs important to you.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CueQuick and Mark Metric aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Ending your account
You can stop using CueQuick and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for extended inactivity, with notice where reasonably possible.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as CueQuick evolves. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and let you know about significant changes.
