Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information: when you sign up, we collect your email address and, if you choose to sign in with Google, basic profile information (name, email, profile photo) from your Google account.
• Songs and projects: the songs you upload, along with any cue markers, click-track settings, and mixes you create, are stored so you can come back to them.
• Payment information: if you purchase credits or a subscription, payment is handled by our payment processor, Dodo Payments. We do not store your card details ourselves.
• Contact form submissions: if you contact us through the site, we collect your name, email address, message, and any file you attach, so we can respond.
• Usage information: basic technical information like browser type and general usage patterns, to help us fix bugs and improve the app.

How we use this information

• To provide the app: create and manage your account, store your songs and projects, and let you resume work across sessions.
• To process payments and apply credits to your account.
• To respond to support and contact requests.
• To send you account-related emails, like password resets. We don’t send marketing email unless you ask us to.
• To keep the service secure and working properly.

Where your data is stored

Account data, songs, and project data are stored with Supabase, our database and file storage provider. Mixing and exporting happen in your own browser, so your song doesn’t need to pass through a separate third-party audio-processing service to be mixed.

Third parties we use

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Dodo Payments — payment processing for credits and subscriptions.
• Resend — sending transactional email, such as contact form replies and password resets.
• Google — optional sign-in with your Google account.
• Google reCAPTCHA — spam protection on the contact form.

Each of these providers only receives the information needed to do their part of the service, and has its own privacy practices.

Data retention

We keep your account and song data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to, we’ll delete your personal data and stored songs within a reasonable time, except where we need to keep something for legal or accounting reasons.

Your choices

You can update your account details, delete songs, or ask us to delete your account and data at any time by reaching out through our contact form.

Children’s privacy

CueQuick is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app changes. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do.
